The policies are underwritten by Associated Marine Insurers Agents Pty Ltd ABN 41 006 104 007 (incorporated in Australia) as managing agent for Zurich Australian Insurance Limited ABN 13 000 296 640(incorporated in Australia).

Insurance Companies (Rating and Inspections) Act 1994 - Zurich Australian Insurance Limited has an insurer financial strength rating of "A+" as given by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services on 17 December 2009.  The rating scale is:

The ratings from "AA" to "CCC" may be modified by the addition of a plus or minus sign to show relative standing within the major rating categories.
